Need to bring some peace and calm into your New Year!? Intentional mindfulness and meditation are just what we all need!! Join this challenge to be a part of a 14-day journey introducing, mindfulness and meditation, "Sumo Style". You'll get prompts & posts explaining how to do different forms of meditation plus mindfulness checks at the end of some days. This challenge is a self-paced experience for the beginning month of January 2021. There are no specific days, so you are in charge of keeping up with your 14 day count!
