This month's workshop series is about healing the ROOT CHAKRA and going in depth with the color RED ❣️
To Bring:
> You are encouraged to wear red
> A yoga will be provided for you
> An Intention you want to set & be/remain rooted in
> Your personal healing items (crystals, sage, oils, etc.)
> Journal + pen
> & Be Ready To Paint!
We will be studying this chakra color and the importance of how it plays a huge part in your everyday life, learn about herbs that are intentionally related to the chakra, and learn to actively heal yourself in the comfort of your own space through gardening, painting, and meditation.
