that will focus on an introduction to 'Color Therapy' and the healing power of your Chakras.

According to the 'Community Page' over at This Is Intentional's official website,

the word 'community' can simply be defined as it's own self-taught verb: "to

come in unity". In order to 'come in unity', a group, neighborhood, or even

circle of friends would have to be in agreeance on a simple idea: "to support

each other authentically and intentionally by engaging in innovative solutions

that will only enhance us as individuals, making the collective impact

inescapable." 

Since the beginning of 'INT', it has always been my honor to show

those who may think they can't that they simply, and powerfully, can. The only

way I've ever known to share my intentions with others is through the power

of art. 

As one who studies color, in forms of theory and therapy, I have always

been ready to share my knowledge with the next. Nothing about sharing the

healing power of art will ever shy me away from this divine path that chose me.

I am now making it my personal duty to share what I know and relate to those

that never had a teacher.

This workshop series is set to take place once a month at the Frayser community

non-profit wellness foundation known as Arkwings. Knowing this non-profit is

centered around promoting mind, body, and spirit wellness through the

healing power of arts and nature was only vital for me and the other

community healers and teachers I will be partnering with to execute these

transformational workshops. 

During these workshops, we are going to study each chakra color and the importance of how it plays a huge part in your everyday life, learn about herbs that are intentionally related to each chakra, and teach the

community and neighborhood residents the importance of self healing right at

the tip of your own fingers and in the comfort of your own space through

gardening, painting, and even a little dancing.
