This month's workshop series is about healing the SACRAL CHAKRA and going in depth with the color ORANGEÂ
To Bring:
> You are encouraged to wear orange
> A yoga mat
> An Intention you want to set & be/remain rooted in
> Your personal healing items (crystals, sage, oils, etc.)
> Journal + pen
> & Be Ready To Paint!
We will be studying this chakra color and the importance of how it plays a huge part in your everyday life, learn about herbs that are intentionally related to the chakra, and learn to actively heal yourself in the comfort of your own space through gardening, painting, and meditation.
This energy center sits about 2 inches below the belly button and is all about creativity, sexual energy, and relating to our emotions and the emotions of others. This inner g is held in your WOMB, so we will be doing a lot of breathing work during meditation
