This month's workshop series is about healing the THROAT CHAKRA and going in depth with the color LIGHT BLUEÂ
We will be studying this chakra color and the importance of how it plays a huge part in your everyday life, learn about herbs that are intentionally related to the chakra, and learn to actively heal yourself in the comfort of your own space through gardening, painting, and even a little dancing.Â
