First Course: Avocado Tartine - Artisanal wheat toast topped with creamy avocado, sundried tomatoes, and garnished with delicate sprouts and microgreens from local gardens
Second Course: Spinach Mushroom Omelette - A delicate omelette filled with sautéed spinach and mushrooms, topped with aromatic chives, accompanied by breakfast potatoes with caramelized onions and seasoned bell peppers
Third Course: Soufflé Pancakes - Exquisitely light and airy Japanese-style pancakes adorned with a luscious homemade fruit marmalade agave
