CUSTOM ORDERS

Do you take custom request orders?

- Yes! This Is Intentional runs solely off custom orders and always has open commissions for new, individual orders

- Custom orders must be requested at least two weeks in advance from the 'start date' of the order

- If a client needs their order completed before INT has been given an advance 2-week notice, a 'Rush Order Fee' WILL be added to your Invoice receipt. 

- Please describe in detail what it is you'd like customized

THIS IS A MANDATORY STEP IN ORDER TO BOOK SUMO FOR YOUR CUSTOMS! *Attempting to discuss custom orders via Direct Message on any social media platform is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Business is only conducted through my website.

CUSTOMER CARE

How long does shipping take?

- Your custom Intentions will ship 6 to 12 business days from ordering

- You will always be notified via email if anything is to change with your shipping. 

- Your tracking number will be sent along with your order confirmation email

- Items shipped USPS Priority Mail; Holidays may cause delays; International orders follow security and customs regulations

< Pick-Up & Drop Off >

If you are an 'in-city' client, pick-up and drop-off of your Custom Intentions is available.

PICK UP:

- If you are not present for the scheduled pick-up meeting, you have 30 days from that date to pick up your custom order from INT Private Studio.

*INT DOES NOT HOLD CUSTOM PIECES AFTER ONE MONTH FOR ANY REASON*

- AFTER THIS 30-DAY PERIOD, ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP WILL BE PUT ON THE WEBSITE AS A PRODUCT 'FOR SALE'

-  If you are interested in your Custom Intentions after it has been listed on the site, you may re-purchase at full price. NO EXCEPTIONS.

DROP OFF:

- Drop-Off of your Custom Intentions will be scheduled once your order is completed.

- If anything changes with our scheduled drop-off, you will recieve a notification from me

in advance.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Am I able to return my Custom Intentions?​

 

- This Is Intentional has a No Refund/No Return policy

- ANY & ALL DEPOSITS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

- All orders are 1 of 1 pieces and are made with great attention to detail, in hopes and assurance that the customer is ordering exactly what they have in mind

- This Is Intentional has no history of negative customer feedback or customer returns or refunds

- ALL ORDERS FINAL SALE

*PayPal Pay Later is available for all items that are sold through the website only. This payment option is NOT available for Custom Orders, unless this plan is discussed between you & Sumo the Artist personally.
