• First Course: Winter’s Embrace Butternut Squash Soup - A velvety butternut squash soup enriched with warming spices like nutmeg and cinnamon. Garnished with a swirl of sage cream and toasted pumpkin seeds, this starter offers a comforting embrace to the winter chill
• Second Course: Snowflake Fettuccine w/ Spinach and Lemon Zest Veggies - Light and tender fettuccine tossed in a zesty lemon and garlic sauce, complemented by a medley of roasted winter vegetables such as Brussels sprouts, bell peppers, and carrots. Finished with a sprinkle of fresh herbs
• Third Course: Icicle-Infused Apple Crisp - A dessert of spiced baked apples topped with a crunchy oat mixture, served warm with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream. This sweet finale captures the essence of winter's warmth and comfort.
